Abstract: The data files shared in this project are used to support the findings of our paper. we used bid express to retrieve "Asphalt item records" in bidding projects, for WV,VA,KY,OH,AL. The records were retrieved based on the available data in 2011-2020. We share the supplementary data files on this page to support the findings of our paper and other possible research purposes.
